FABRIC AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
A Fabric and Finance Committee has been formed to deal with fabric, finance and property maintenance.
All donations to the 2nd collection are now categorised as approved project fundraising income. This means that all your donations to the 2nd collection are now ring fenced as non-leviable income.
All that you donate to the 2nd collection, when it is for the parish, remains in the parish and is not levied by the archdiocese.
Our main approved project is making the chapel house habitable again. It desperately needs to be rewired, wiring was condemned last year.
Archdiocesan Estates has asked an all-trades contractor to assess and provide us with recommendations and quotes for
Fr Joe is currently staying in Mill Hill.
Good news - the mains water supply issue has been sorted. Scottish Water has installed two new hydrants. Both halls, the church and the house now have clean, fresh, drinkable water again.

- Re-plumbing of Presbytery.
- Renewing of Presbytery Boiler.
- Renewing of Hot Water Boiler to Presbytery.
- Complete rewiring of Presbytery.
- Redecoration of Presbytery.
- Plus, upgrading the church boiler.
